Získáte nejvyšší možnou cenu
Částka, kterou za dílo získáváte, je stanovena zájmem dražitelů, kterých je již více jak 16 000 a to jak českých, tak zahraničních. Je tedy nejvyšší možná. Vyloučíte tak i případné pochybnosti o výhodnosti či nevýhodnosti prodeje při přímém výkupu.
Vše je transparentní
Vaše položky jsou zobrazeny na veřejně přístupných webových stránkách. Probíhající aukci máte možnost průběžně sledovat včetně příhozů a konečné ceny, za kterou je každá jednotlivá položka vydražena. Všechny aukční výsledky zůstávají na webových stránkách trvale zveřejněny.
Jasné a srozumitelné podmínky
Smlouva neobsahuje žádné skryté poplatky. Náleží Vám plných 80% z dosažené, tak zvané kladívkové, ceny. Smlouvu si zobrazíte ZDE.
Za kompletní zpracování položky včetně nákladných znaleckých posouzení účtujeme paušální poplatek 600 Kč.
Poplatky se vztahují pouze na prodané položky. Pokud se položka neprodá v aukci, neplatíte nic.
Vaše výplata výnosu bude provedena co nejdříve, obvykle již po 4 týdnech po skončení aukce.

How to Sell a Painting at Auction?
Are you considering selling your painting or another artifact at auction? We’ll advise you on how to do it.
Selling a painting through an auction is the best way to reach the largest number of potential buyers, achieve the highest possible price, all in a short time, effortlessly, and safely.
We accept the following items for auction:
How to determine if a painting has value or is suitable for auction?
Do you know the artist?
If so, it's easy. Enter the artist’s name on the auction results page, and you will find out how successful they are.
Don’t know the artist?
No problem, we also accept such paintings for auction, and they can still be very valuable. We are happy to help with identifying the artist or assessing the value of your painting.
To determine if the painting is suitable for auction, we need to see it—preferably in photographs, which you can send to us via email at info@obrazyvaukci.cz.

You will get the highest possible price
The amount you receive for the artwork is determined by the interest of bidders, which now number over 11,000, both from the Czech Republic and abroad. Thus, the price achieved is the highest possible, eliminating any doubts about the fairness of selling through direct purchase.
Everything is transparent
Your items are displayed on a publicly accessible website. You can track the ongoing auction, including bids and the final price at which each individual item is sold. All auction results remain permanently published on the website.
Clear and understandable terms
The contract contains no hidden fees. You are entitled to 80% of the hammer price. You can view the contract HERE.
For the complete processing of your item, including costly expert evaluations, we charge a flat fee of 600 CZK.
Fees apply only to sold items. If the item is not sold at auction, you pay nothing.
Your payment will be processed as soon as possible, typically within 4 weeks after the auction ends.

Kennen Sie den Künstler nicht?
Das ist kein Problem. Auch solche Gemälde nehmen wir in die Auktion auf, und sie können sehr wertvoll sein. Wir helfen Ihnen gerne bei der Identifizierung des Künstlers oder der Einschätzung des Wertes Ihres Gemäldes.
Um zu beurteilen, ob das Gemälde für eine Auktion geeignet ist, müssen wir es sehen – am besten auf Fotos, die Sie uns per E-Mail an info@obrazyvaukci.cz schicken können.

Der Betrag, den Sie für das Werk erhalten, richtet sich nach dem Interesse der Bieter, die inzwischen mehr als 11.000 umfassen – sowohl tschechische als auch ausländische. Er ist also der höchstmögliche. So vermeiden Sie Zweifel, ob ein direkter Verkauf vorteilhaft oder nachteilig ist.

Ihre Objekte werden auf einer öffentlich zugänglichen Website angezeigt. Sie können die laufende Auktion einschließlich der Gebote und des Endpreises, zu dem jedes einzelne Objekt versteigert wird, jederzeit verfolgen. Alle Auktionsergebnisse bleiben dauerhaft auf der Website veröffentlicht.
Klare und verständliche Bedingungen
Der Vertrag enthält keine versteckten Gebühren. Ihnen stehen volle 80 % des erzielten „Hammerpreises“ zu. Den Vertrag können Sie HIER einsehen.
Für die vollständige Bearbeitung des Objekts, einschließlich kostenintensiver Gutachten, erheben wir eine Pauschalgebühr von 600 CZK.
Die Gebühren gelten nur für verkaufte Objekte. Wenn sich ein Objekt in der Auktion nicht verkauft, zahlen Sie nichts.
Ihre Auszahlung erfolgt so schnell wie möglich, in der Regel bereits 4 Wochen nach dem Ende der Auktion.
