Jak koupit obraz v aukci?
Líbí se vám některý obraz z naší nabídky? Stačí učinit jen 2 jednoduché kroky:
1. Registrace
K účasti v aukci je potřeba provést registraci. Můžete tak učinit na uvedeném odkazu. Registrace
2. Ověření a schválení registrace
Dle zákona jsme povinni ověřit totožnost dražitelů. Občanský průkaz nám můžete zaslat na email info@obrazyvaukci.cz nebo přinést ukázat osobně.
Neodkládejte registraci na poslední chvíli. Ve výjimečných případech může schválení trvat i 24 hodin.
V aukčním katalogu naleznete veškeré informace k dílům, včetně jejich stavu a fotografií. Všechny položky si můžete prohlédnout v galerii v Praze 3, Korunní 75.
Aukce
Jakmile je registrace dokončena, je možné se zúčastnit aukce.
U každé položky máte na výběr ze dvou možností - Přihodit nebo Nastavit limit.
Příhozem se přihlásíte k momentální aukční ceně a potvrdíte svůj příhoz. Je potřeba hlídat průběh aukce, protože další zájemci Vás mohou svými příhozy “přehodit”.
Nastavit limit je efektivnější a časově méně náročné. Příklad: rozhodnete se, že jste ochotni zaplatit za konkrétní předmět s vyvolávací cenou 1.000,- Kč maximálně 10.000,- Kč. Na tuto částku nastavíte limit jehož výše je ostatním účastníkům aukce skryta, a systém automaticky přihazuje proti jiným zájemcům. Pokud nikdo nenabídne víc, než je vámi nastavený limit, vítězíte. Systém přihazuje pouze nad příhoz dalšího zájemce, takže k vyčerpání limitu nemusí dojít. Svůj limit můžete v průběhu aukce navýšit.
Pokud dojde k přihození v posledních třech minutách před plánovaným ukončením aukce, automaticky se čas do konce prodlouží o další 3 minuty. A to i opakovaně při každém dalším příhozu. To umožní všem zájemcům v klidu zvážit, zda své nabídky zvýší.
Nezapomeňte prosím, že k dosažené ceně bude připočteno 28% aukční přirážka jako odměna provozovatele aukce.
Upozorňujeme, že nastavení limitu a příhozy jsou závazné právní akty, které v případě výhry zakládají nejen vaše právo, ale i povinnost vyhranou položku zaplatit a převzít. V případě odmítnutí a tím zmaření aukce jsme nuceni postupovat v souladu se zákonem a vymáhat náhradu škody. Činíme tak v zájmu zachování regulérnosti aukcí.

Úhradu lze provést několika způsoby:

Na základě Obchodních podmínek a Aukčního řádu je nutné platbu uskutečnit do 14 dnů od ukončení aukce.
Převzít díla je možné také několika způsoby:
- osobně (nebo osoba pověřená) v galerii
- po úhradě BP osobně na pobočce v Brně
- prostřednictvím České pošty
- využít bezplatné dopravy po Praze při celkové hodnotě více jak 5000 Kč

Ceník poštovného a balného - Česká pošta:
Volné listy, mince, šperky, drobné starožitnost a knihy samostatně - 400 Kč
Nejdelší uvedený rozměr obrazu do 50 cm - 700 Kč
Nejdelší uvedený rozměr obrazu do 100 cm - 900 Kč
Délka nad 100 cm - 1200,- Kč
Zásilka do zahraničí + 200,- Kč k ceně balíku.
Do jednoho balíku je možné dát maximálně 2 ks obrazů. Maximální rozměr pro přepravu je 150 cm.
Větší a nestandardní rozměry budou kalkulovány individuálně.
Individuální ceny pro starožitnosti, plastiky a jiné Vám rádi sdělíme prostřednictvím emailu nebo telefonu.
Na základě Obchodních podmínek a Aukčního řádu je osobní převzetí nutné uskutečnit do 30 dnů od ukončení aukce.
Máme pochopení pro mimořádné okolnosti, které mohou vyzvednutí pozdržet, ale je potřeba nás o tom informovat. V opačném případě jsme nuceni účtovat skladné ve výši 100 Kč/položka/den.
Shledáte-li na předmětu vadu nebo máte pochybnost o pravosti díla:
Na základě Obchodních podmínek a Aukčního řádu máte 14 dnů od převzetí předmětu na sdělení těchto skutečností písemně na e-mail.
Pokud pochybujete o pravosti budete mít dalších 30 dnů na doložení znaleckého posudku.
Na dodání písemného znaleckého posudku musíme trvat, protože původní majitel předmětu, stejně tak my, jsme pochybnost o pravosti neměli. Pokud bude reklamace kladně vyřízena, bez zbytečných odkladů Vám vrátíme peníze případně najdeme jinou kompenzaci.

How to Buy a Painting at Auction?
Do you like one of the paintings from our collection? Just follow these two simple steps:
1. Registration
To participate in the auction, you need to register. You can do so using the following link: Registration.
2. Verification and Approval of Registration
By law, we are required to verify the identity of bidders. You can send us a copy of your ID card via email at info@obrazyvaukci.cz or present it in person.
Please don’t leave registration until the last minute. In exceptional cases, approval may take up to 24 hours.
In the auction catalog, you will find all the information about the works, including their condition and photographs. You can view all items in our gallery at Prague 3, Korunní 75.
Auction
Once your registration is completed, you can participate in the auction.
For each item, you have two options: Bid or Set a Limit.
By placing a bid, you agree to the current auction price and confirm your bid. You need to monitor the auction as other bidders may outbid you with their offers.
Set a Limit is more efficient and less time-consuming. Example: you decide that you are willing to pay up to 10,000 CZK for a particular item with a starting price of 1,000 CZK. You set this limit, which is hidden from other participants, and the system automatically bids against other bidders. If no one bids higher than your set limit, you win. The system only bids over the amount of another participant's bid, so your limit may not be fully used. You can increase your limit during the auction if needed.
If a bid is placed in the last three minutes before the planned auction end, the time is automatically extended by another three minutes. This repeats with each new bid, allowing all bidders enough time to decide whether to increase their offer.
Please remember that a 25% auction fee will be added to the final price as a commission for the auctioneer.
Please note that setting a limit and placing bids are binding legal actions that, in case of a win, establish not only your right but also your obligation to pay for and collect the winning item. If you refuse or disrupt the auction, we are obliged to seek compensation according to the law to maintain the fairness of the auction.

According to the Terms and Conditions and Auction Rules, personal collection must be completed within 30 days of the auction’s end.
We understand exceptional circumstances may delay collection, but please inform us. Otherwise, we will charge a storage fee of 100 CZK/item/day.
If you find a defect in the item or have doubts about its authenticity:
According to the Terms and Conditions and Auction Rules, you have 14 days from the date of collection to notify us of these issues in writing via email.
If you have doubts about authenticity, you will have an additional 30 days to provide an expert opinion.
We must insist on receiving a written expert opinion because neither the original owner nor we had doubts about the item's authenticity. If the claim is resolved in your favor, we will promptly refund your money or find another solution.

Wie kauft man ein Gemälde bei einer Auktion?
Gefällt Ihnen eines der Gemälde aus unserem Angebot? Es sind nur zwei einfache Schritte erforderlich:

Auktion
Sobald die Registrierung abgeschlossen ist, können Sie an der Auktion teilnehmen.
Bei jedem Artikel haben Sie zwei Möglichkeiten: Bieten oder Limit setzen.
Mit einem Gebot nehmen Sie an der aktuellen Auktion teil und bestätigen Ihr Gebot. Sie müssen die Auktion verfolgen, da andere Bieter Sie mit ihren Geboten überbieten können.
Limit setzen ist effizienter und weniger zeitaufwendig. Beispiel: Sie entscheiden, dass Sie bereit sind, für einen bestimmten Artikel mit einem Startpreis von 1.000 CZK maximal 10.000 CZK zu zahlen. Sie setzen dieses Limit, das für andere Teilnehmer der Auktion unsichtbar ist, und das System bietet automatisch gegen andere Interessenten. Wenn niemand mehr als Ihr Limit bietet, gewinnen Sie. Das System bietet nur, wenn ein anderes Gebot abgegeben wird, sodass Ihr Limit möglicherweise nicht vollständig ausgeschöpft wird. Sie können Ihr Limit während der Auktion erhöhen.
Wenn in den letzten drei Minuten vor dem geplanten Auktionsende ein Gebot abgegeben wird, verlängert sich die Auktionszeit automatisch um weitere drei Minuten. Dies wiederholt sich bei jedem weiteren Gebot. Dies ermöglicht allen Bietern, in Ruhe zu entscheiden, ob sie ihr Gebot erhöhen möchten.

Wir haben Verständnis für außergewöhnliche Umstände, die die Abholung verzögern können, aber bitte informieren Sie uns darüber. Andernfalls sind wir gezwungen, eine Lagergebühr in Höhe von 100 CZK/Artikel/Tag zu berechnen.
Falls Sie einen Mangel am Objekt feststellen oder Zweifel an der Echtheit des Werks haben:
Gemäß den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und der Auktionsordnung haben Sie 14 Tage ab Abholung des Objekts Zeit, uns diese Umstände schriftlich per E-Mail mitzuteilen.
Sollten Sie Zweifel an der Echtheit haben, haben Sie weitere 30 Tage Zeit, ein Sachverständigengutachten vorzulegen.
Wir müssen auf einem schriftlichen Sachverständigengutachten bestehen, da weder der ursprüngliche Eigentümer des Objekts noch wir Zweifel an der Echtheit hatten. Sollte die Reklamation berechtigt sein, erstatten wir Ihnen ohne unnötige Verzögerung das Geld zurück oder finden eine andere Entschädigung.
